Our site is perfect for families, couples and groups of friends looking for a space to get together, reconnect and relax.
Cotters Park is the result of a seed of an idea in 2019, it is family owned and managed on our farm.
It is set in an area that we as a family found very special and always enjoyed spending time, we thought we could try and make it into something that we could share with other people. Bring them out into the country, onto our farm and enjoy the space as we do.
What we have here is the result, we have strived to create something unique and luxurious whilst keeping the foundations of the view and the nature that made the area special in the first place.
So come along, get booked in to one of our 7 all very unique cabins, soak in the the hot tub, sit on a swing seat and just enjoy the sights and sounds of the great and varied wildlife on site, light the BBQ, sweat in the Sauna, cool off in the copper ice bath.
You, our guests, are to be the judge of whether or not we have done the space justice.
If you can tear yourself away from the cosy surroundings of your cabin there are a variety of activities and attractions to enjoy in the local area:
Lough Neagh: Explore the shores of Lough Neagh, the largest lake in the British Isles. Enjoy scenic walks, bird watching, and water activities in this picturesque setting.

Close to the entrance of the forest, you will find the World of Owls – Northern Ireland’s only owl, bird of prey and exotic animal conservation centre – well worth a visit!

The whole site is absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail in both the lodges and the grounds is amazing, and we had a lovely stay. We especially enjoyed the communal area in the middle of the pond. It had all the facilities we needed; a lovely burner to keep us toasty and games to keep us entertained. The lodge itself was spacious, immaculate and comfortable. It feels like it's own wee sanctuary yet it's so close to plenty of amenities. Thank you for a wonderful stay.Hannah Wood2024-09-23Brilliant stay at cotters park, amazing location, the animals and wildlife nearby made it a great unique stay, gorgeous room with everything you could need, greeted by amazing friendly staff, will definitely be staying again.Andy Thom2024-09-22Fantastic setting a lot of hard work put into this place and would highly recommend for a relaxing time awayMarianne2024-09-22Thank you for an amazing stay at Cotters Park. Such a relaxing and calming space for all the family. Myself and my two daughters shared a memorable and amazing experience including the icebath, the sauna and then to round it all off a dip in the hot tub right beside our Westie Cabin.
