Our site is perfect for families, couples and groups of friends looking for a space to get together, reconnect and relax.
Cotters Park is the result of a seed of an idea in 2019, it is family owned and managed on our farm.
It is set in an area that we as a family found very special and always enjoyed spending time, we thought we could try and make it into something that we could share with other people. Bring them out into the country, onto our farm and enjoy the space as we do.
What we have here is the result, we have strived to create something unique and luxurious whilst keeping the foundations of the view and the nature that made the area special in the first place.
So come along, get booked in to one of our 7 all very unique cabins, soak in the the hot tub, sit on a swing seat and just enjoy the sights and sounds of the great and varied wildlife on site, light the BBQ, sweat in the Sauna, cool off in the copper ice bath.
You, our guests, are to be the judge of whether or not we have done the space justice.
If you can tear yourself away from the cosy surroundings of your cabin there are a variety of activities and attractions to enjoy in the local area:
Lough Neagh: Explore the shores of Lough Neagh, the largest lake in the British Isles. Enjoy scenic walks, bird watching, and water activities in this picturesque setting.
Antrim Castle Gardens: Visit the historic Antrim Castle Gardens, a beautiful and well-maintained park with formal gardens, woodlands, and walking trails. The gardens often host events and festivals throughout the year.

Close to the entrance of the forest, you will find the World of Owls – Northern Ireland’s only owl, bird of prey and exotic animal conservation centre – well worth a visit!

Dean Murray2024-10-19 Absolutely fantastic place to stay, your own little piece of nature Paul Sadlier2024-10-18 Had a great time away such a lovely place will definitely be back soon Shauna Moore2024-10-15 Stayed recently in the Westie, we booked this because it was dog friendly. Its hard to find dog friendly staycations, so this was brilliant for us. The room was immaculate on arrival, perfect size and had everything we needed. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Great kitchen facilities too, we brought our own food to make a fry the next morning which was great. We had food delivered from Thee Pizza place, food was lovely but the delivery time was just under 2 hours, probably would have been better to drive in and collect if able to. Hot tub area was fantastic, nice and private, you didn't feel like any other guests were looking in or anything. The only small downside for us was the fact that the space around our pod wasnt fully enclosed. We kept our dog on a long lead and secured him to a wooden post so he still had lots of roaming space, but a gate to enclose the space fully would have been a bonus. 10/10 though overall, would 100% come back!
