Across the bridge to our Welcome Building and communal area ‘The Lookout’, surrounded by water. With a generous outdoor terrace and a roomy interior, we’ve designed this venue to accommodate a diverse array of occasions and events. Our space can be tailored to suit all your needs.

Guests staying in any one of our 7 glamping units can come here and enjoy the large log fire, BBQ, comfortable seating, games, tv, views and sounds of nature.

Please bear in mind this space can be booked for private use and therefore on occasion may not be accessible to all guests.  

We designed this space to be used and enjoyed, if you are a family spending the night at Cotters this area give you all a bit more room to spread out, have a game of connect 4, watch a movie, light up the supplied BBQ and Pizza Oven. 

We think it is ideal for group getaways, family reunions, work retreats, yoga retreats, it is totally flexible space and we will do our best to accommodate anything you might want to do.

Please note – we operate quiet hours strictly between the hours of 10:30pm and 7am.  In addition there is no live music or amplified music allowed on site at any time – i.e no singers, bands, DJ’s etc.
