Across the bridge to our Welcome Building and communal area ‘The Lookout’, surrounded by water. With a generous outdoor terrace and a roomy interior, we’ve designed this venue to accommodate a diverse array of occasions and events. Our space can be tailored to suit all your needs.
Guests staying in one of our 7 glamping units can come here and enjoy the large log fire, BBQ, comfortable seating, games, tv, views and sounds of nature.
Please bear in mind this space can be booked for private use and therefore on occasion may not be accessible to all guests.
All of our 7 units have been designed with your comfort in mind. We cant decide which ones our favourite!

Booked months ago for my 40th Birthday having cancelled a Galgorm booking to try somewhere different - The right decision. A really beautiful space, exceptionally clean and well thought out. Although there are 7 cabins in total, it is both private and peaceful. The eight of us made use of the communal area which was great as it allowed us all to congregate together for the evening and felt as if we were out somewhere. I would imagine there will definitely be return visitors from our group, can't wait to go back myself!
Fiona McAllen2024-04-28Absoloutely Beautiful place, we stayed in The Boathouse for a friends birthday. Spotlessly clean, Fresh milk & ice supplied, along with Granola for breakfast. Bed sooooo comfy. The Black Swans & Peacocks were gorgeous. Fabulous experience & would definitely recommend. Can't wait to go back.

The staff could not be more helpful/attentive we lucked out with the weather had a bbq in the lookout which was great so we could all be together would highly recommend cotters park & look forward to my next stay

We especially enjoyed the Lookout where we enjoyed a BBQ in the sun. James and Ruth are great host and can't do enough to make sure you have a great stay. A big shout out to all the staff who are really friendly and also go out off their way to make sure you have everything you need. Thankyou fro a lovely weekend.
